These terms cover orders placed on bycloudfrog.com with By CloudFrog (CloudFrog Creations), Inlet Beach, Florida.
Orders
Submitting an order form is a request to buy. We confirm each order by email. Custom printed items are made to order, so please check names, designs and quantities before you submit. If something in your order can't be made as described, we'll contact you before charging or will refund you.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the order page and in your invoice. Payment is handled by Intuit QuickBooks Payments through a secure invoice link; we never see or store your full card or bank details.
Shipping
Orders ship by FedEx at our cost to us, shown on your invoice. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier.
Returns
Because items are custom made, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll reprint or refund it.
QuickBooks connection
The website connects only to By CloudFrog's own QuickBooks company to create invoices for orders. It is not offered to other businesses.
