By CloudFrog (CloudFrog Creations) collects only what we need to make and deliver your order.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, shipping address, the items you order and any notes you add.
How we use it
To make and ship your order, send your invoice and order emails, and keep our business records. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Intuit QuickBooks (invoicing and payments), FedEx (shipping), Cloudflare (website hosting and email delivery) and Microsoft 365 (our email). Card and bank details are entered on Intuit's secure payment page and are not stored by us.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes.
